CFOs have made the investment. Set the direction. Picked the tools.
And still, adoption is stalling.
The gap between decision and execution is not a strategy problem. It is a leadership and behavioral problem.
Most organizations are trying to solve it with mandates, more training, or another pilot. But the real barrier is not the technology. It is the psychology of change: identity threat, trust, resistance, habit, and incentive misalignment.
This half-day F Suite workshop is designed for CFOs and senior finance leaders who have already done the strategic work and now need to move the organization through change.
The SME opens with a hard reset: the problem in the room is not an AI problem — it's a behavior problem. A brief behavioral science frame gives CFOs the diagnostic language they'll use at their tables, followed by open Q&A to surface what's actually stalling adoption across their organizations before the working session begins.
In this 90-minute working session, finance leaders work in curated small groups aligned by adoption blocker — middle management resistance, workflow inertia, low trust in outputs, no perceived personal upside. Together, they move from symptom to root cause: identifying who isn't changing behavior, what they're optimizing for instead, and what psychological friction is actually in play.
Each group develops a concrete output — a behavioral diagnosis of their specific adoption gap, two to three interventions selected from an evidence-based menu and pressure-tested against their real organizational context, and a 30-day experiment plan with a named owner and an observable signal for whether behavior is changing.
Small groups share their diagnoses and intervention plans with the full room, surfacing common patterns across blocker types and stress-testing each other's approaches. The session closes with a commitment round: each CFO states the specific behavior they will change, the intervention they will test, and the signal they will use to know it's working.
The session ends with a synthesis of what the room surfaced — not a recap, but a distillation of the behavioral patterns showing up consistently across organizations and what the evidence says about how to break them.
